A building block

It’s never too early to start – this also applies for targeted and focused practice. At our DJGA Future team we build the foundation for future stars. The sooner we get to work with the best players, the better. The young players are introduced  to a systematic practice, much earlier than they are used to. This provides much better conditions for a strong development on the long runway.

What do we focus on? 

-Focus on technical development.

-Learn how to make a plan and set goals for today’s / week’s practice

-Very basic physical movements to prepare the body for harder workouts in the future.

How often do we practice? 

3 hours each week plus one weekend training per month. In addition, training camps at home and abroad will be offered several times a year.
